We are a full service brokerage and management company and believe in partnering with our clients to maximize the value of their investments by being proactive managers.

In addition to the services outlined below, we offer our clients a yearly evaluation of properties — including different options to add value, identify potential long term repairs, and exit strategies with tax deferred options.

These are the management services that we can offer:


●  Prepare vacant units for showing

●  Find tenants and show vacant units, including advertising

●  Perform background, credit, financial and reference checks

●  Prepare and execute leases

●  Conduct move in and move out inspections

●  Provide weekly vacancy reports

Financial Reporting

●  Collection of monthly rents

●  Use of online property management software AppFolio for owners and tenants

●  Notices of late fees and failure to pay rent

●  Coordinate evictions with attorney (Attorney fees and evictions are additional)

●  Monthly and Yearly accounting statements, including creating and filing owner & vendor 1099s


●  Handle maintenance requests from tenants

●  Find vendors for any maintenance issues

●  Regular visits to property and alerting owners to any potential issues

●  Handle all inspection requests from local city housing authorities, Fire Department, including advance work to prepare the units for inspection
